Primigi is an international Italian shoe company that specializes in high end shoes for children. The owner of the U.S. distribution for the company needed assistance with their new showroom in Hingham, MA. KDS created a layout to showcase the product while providing essential back-of-the- house office space and warehouse storage.

The retail space for I.M. Wireless in Wilmington, MA needed to improve their store layout and add necessary office and storage spaces to maximize profits. KDS provided these services on a very short turn around in order to get the construction completed prior to the primary Christmas sale season.

The women only fitness center in Coolidge Corner wanted to update their shower and locker room so KDS was brought in to provide some creative ideas on how to solve for the awkward circulation and layout that existed.

KDS was contacted to assist the owner in creating a renovation of the existing fitness space as well create a new multipurpose room for classes by expanding into a neighboring tenant space. Acoustic creativity proved to be the biggest challenge in the project.

A new salon needed to layout the existing space previously used as an office for their new hair salon. KDS assisted by providing the necessary layout drawings as well as performing code review analysis to enable permitting to be a smooth transaction.

The renovation of an existing frozen yogurt store into a salon specializing in Indian style treatments.

A complicated conversion from a restaurant space into a tranquil nail salon with massage rooms. The original layout had to be completely gutted to allow for the change of use. In the end, we created several zones to maximize efficiency as well as make navigating the salon easy for all customers.

The interior fit out of an existing office space to accommodate a spa offering services of massage, facial, tanning, and waxing.
