A truly unique project which involved a creative rework of a beautiful late 1890’s home. The home first needed to be lifted and relocated onto a new foundation which was built to allow for a fully finished 8’-0” space turned into a recreation room and theatre. The floor plan layouts were clean slated allowing us to get creative with the entrance staircase, balcony style landing above, and overall layout of all the rooms.
